Among the 36 schools that took part in “Vitharka” 2025 All-Island Inter-School Debate Competition organized by the University of Technology, Sri Lanka, our school debate team achieved a great victory by winning the first round held via Zoom technology, qualifying for the final competition held at the university premises on August 8, 2025. They also won the second round and advanced up to the semi-final qualifying round, bringing immense pride and honor to our school. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our school debate team for this remarkable achievement.
