Mr. K. S. De Silva joined the school in 1974 as a Grade Seven scholarship student. After successfully completing his Advanced Level examination in 1980, he pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. He subsequently served at Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, where he held the position of Senior Manager – Commercial & Property, before retiring from his distinguished career in the aviation sector. Further pursuing his academic and professional interests, Mr. De Silva completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at The Open University of Sri Lanka and is currently practising as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. With his extensive professional experience, legal expertise, and longstanding connection with his alma mater, Mr. K. S. De Silva continues to contribute his valuable knowledge and service to the Past Pupils’ Association in his capacity as its Secretary.
Mrs. Devika Herath

Mrs. Devika Herath, Principal of Ibbagamuwa Central College, is a highly respected educationist with extensive experience in the field of school administration. Prior to her current role, she served as the Divisional Director of Education at the Divisional Education Office, Ibbagamuwa. An alumna of Mahamaya Girls' College, Kandy, and a graduate of the University of Kelaniya, she continues to provide strong leadership and guidance, inspiring both students and staff towards excellence.
